how do i choose the right ear tip size
Each device comes with four silicone tips in different diameters. Start with the smallest size and select the tip that fits securely in the ear canal without causing pressure marks.
what materials are the tips made of
The fittings are made of skin-friendly silicone. The hearing aid housing is made of dimensionally stable ABS plastic.
how are the devices cleaned daily
Remove residue from the sound outlet daily using the included brush. The silicone tip can be removed and cleaned with clear water without soap before being completely dried and reattached.
how do i pay for my order in the shop
We offer cash on delivery directly upon parcel delivery. Alternatively, you can settle the amount in advance by standard bank transfer to our account.
how does shipping to my address work
Orders placed on business days before 13:00 are prepared for direct dispatch from our warehouse in Augsburg. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
how do returns work if i am not satisfied
You can return unused items in the sealed original packaging within 30 days of receipt to our address in Augsburg. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods are defective.
